Item exclusions

Ghostnote values creative freedom, and strives to allow its Artists to express themselves in whichever way they choose. That said, there are some items which will not be allowed for sale on Ghostnote. Artists should not attempt to upload the following items for sale; they will be rejected from the platform.

• Perishable items
• Weapons and other dangerous items
• Anything living (or dead)
• Controlled substances; drugs, alcohol, tobacco, medical drugs, etc.
• Drug paraphernalia; pipes, bongs, etc.
• NFT's or other digital-only material
• Pornographic material (art which features some amount of nudity is still okay)
• Items which infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Items which support or glorify hatred
• Items which are illegal or counterfeit

This list is not meant to be exhaustive; items will be rejected at the discretion of Ghostnote and it's employees.
